Fun facts about chocolate bananas with peanut butter:
Chocolate covered
fruits are also known with strawberries, apples, grapes and pears. Basically,
any fruit is suitable for this and you can give free rein to your own taste and
imagination. Also in the selection of chocolate, you may like to reach for milk
or white chocolate, as it tastes best.
The chocolate is
melted in a water bath and not in an ordinary pot, so that it does not burn at
the bottom of the pot. If you don't have a special water bath pot, just use a
metal bowl that sits on top of an ordinary pot without sinking into the water.
With little heat under the water pot, nothing can go wrong.
Unfortunately, liquid
chocolate will solidify if a drop of water is accidentally added to it.
However, it can be repaired just as quickly with a piece of butter or a sip of
cream. So if something goes wrong, you don't have to worry.
